The Vancouver Canucks are off to one of their best starts ever.Canuck fans have suffered four years without seeing their team in the playoffs. The Nucks are 15-8-5 with 35 points.Markus Naslund has taken over the leadership role with the departure of Mark Messier.Naslund has 18 goals and 31 points so far this season.Backup Bob Essensa is also off to a hot start.Essensa has 8 wins and just a single loss this year backing up Felix Potvin.Potvin will have to start playing good though because Essensa has a tendency of slacking off in the second half of the season.
